  • Remote Operation allows you to share data between sites or stations on different networks, connected to the Internet using our Cloud 2.0 technology. Even if you lose Internet, you still have access to your local data.
  • Artisan automatically catches up once reconnected to the Internet after a disconnect, ensuring you don’t lose any sales, transactions, or other important data.
  • Even though there are some limitations, Artisan’s Remote Operation Feature is perfect for working away from your store, such as from home, or areas without Internet, like tradeshows, storage facilities, and sidewalk sales.
