Starling SCO is turnkey, fully integrated self-checkout solution, which includes everything, including the POS counter. A large range color options and configurations allows the solution to be adjusted to the store’s layout and branding requirements.
Customizable with Peripherals
Starling SCO is available with a 15″, 15.6″ or 21.5″ touch display, which can be used in landscape or portrait mode. Based on the application, retailers can choose between different processors and memory sizes. Peripherals include bioptic scanner, printer, produce scale, security scale, LED tri-light, security camera and payment brackets.
Support for All Payment TypesPayment is easy and quick with support for debit and credit cards, contactless, mobile payment and cash through the current POS system. The optional cash management module offers advanced coin and paper bill recycling.
Intelligent Fraud Prevention
Starling SCO offers advanced fraud detection capabilities and leverages artificial intelligence combined with a security scale and computer vision to predict crime.
SCO SoftwareIn addition to the SCO hardware, Starling SCO includes a module-based self-checkout software that integrates with the retailer’s POS software. The SCO software controls all the peripherals and provides easy step-by-step shopper instructions and with a customizable checkout flow and user interface.
Real-time Monitoring
Starling SCO has a monitoring module that proactively tracks the performance with a real-time dashboard and a reporting tool.
