M-S Cash Drawer RMA & DOA Replacement Services

Terms & Conditions

  • An RMA# is required for all returns including demo units.
  • All RMA/DOA return or replacement requests have to comply with manufacturer/vendor policy.
  • Requesting Return Authorization does not guarantee acceptance of the request.
  • An RMA# will be issued by M-S Cash Drawer Returns Department  after checking eligibility for return.
  • Issuance of Return Authorization (RMA#) by the M-S Cash Drawer Returns Department does not guarantee that full credit or replacement will be issued.
  • Upon evaluation of the returned product, M-S Cash Drawer will decide if credit will be issued, restocking fee will be charged, or product will be returned to the customer (at customer’s expense).
  • Product incompatibility, product does not meet my satisfaction, or my customer does not like the product are not valid reasons for requesting an RMA.
  • Open box items are non-returnable unless a wrong item was shipped due to M-S Cash Drawer or vendor/manufacturer error.
  • All parts, interface cards, extended or replacement warranties, ribbons, and paper sales are final.
  • Vendor Case# / RMA# and authorization for replacement is required for DOA returns/ replacement or any open box return.
  • DOA replacements are shipped by UPS Ground unless specifically approved otherwise by the vendor/manufacturer.
  • No product returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase for any reason(s).
  • In some cases, M-S Cash Drawer may accept unopened items bought within 30 days with restocking and freight recovery fee.
