Logistics Services

From procurement to reverse logistics, we help our partners manage every part of the distribution process.

Procurement

Issuing purchase orders for receiving purposes and offloading incoming shipments from carrier vehicles. Coordination of incoming shipments with your supplier is extra (same rate as staging/configuration services).

Warehousing

Breaking pallets down, counting, scanning (wherever applicable), labeling, and physically moving inventory to the correct location. Quantity mismatch and/or transit damage resolution services.

Storage

We provide the warehousing real estate, insurance, and safeguard against shrinkage. Entrust your inventory to M-S Cash Drawer.

Order Entry, Pick & Pack Services

Entering sales order, shipping address & method per your order, picking items from the warehouse, applying shipping labels, etc. We offer shipping discounts when shipping your owned inventory.

Staging/Configuration Services

Our staging and configuration services include loading software, inserting or removing product literature, repackaging, installing drivers, etc.

Reverse Logistics

Issuing RMA to receive unit being returned for future use, counting, scanning, labeling, and physically moving inventory to the correct location. Hardware inspection available at staging/configuration services rates.
