An in-depth survey completed by verified BSM reseller subscribers revealed that, among a sizeable number of companies, NCC ranked at the top of the Point of Sale (POS) Software category. NCC was recognized for its strong product innovation, comprehensive channel program, advanced service and support offering, and the company’s overall working relationship with its Value Added Resellers (VARs).
The BSM Best Channel Vendor award is based on a survey conducted from September through mid-October and given to the publication’s VAR subscribers. VARs rate their partners in seven categories; including support and service offering, channel friendliness, channel programs, product features, product reliability, product innovation, and adequate VAR Margin. Vendors that scored in the top 5% of each category were then selected as Best Channel Vendors. Based on the results of the survey, the award recognizes the strengths and commitment of a vendor’s partner programs for its Channel Resellers.
