Greenville, SC – September 14, 2017 – NCC, a leading developer of retail and hospitality POS software solutions, sponsored the RetailNOW 2017 fourth annual golf tournament to raise money for the RSPA Scholarship Fund. The RSPA Scholarship Fund has provided more than $2 million to children of RSPA Reseller member companies who have been members for at least three years. These scholarships help ease the costs associated with higher education.
For the past four years the Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament has kicked off RetailNOW, the premier convention and expo for all professionals in the retail technology industry. NCC is proud to have sponsored the event all four years. This year the tournament was held on Sunday, August 6 at the beautiful Bear’s Best golf course in Las Vegas, Nevada. Nearly 70 golfers participated and, over the course of RetailNOW 2017, more than $18,000 was raised.
CRS, an NCC hardware provider based in Minneapolis, MN, was a generous supporter of the tournament as well, sponsoring a hole-in-one contest with $10,000 on the line. The NCC team is very appreciative that CRS is committed to the investment in the next generation of the industry.
